Bob's dad. Cindy's pretty sure he's a girl — has been for a while now, give or take a few Tuesdays. Nobody in Twisted Terrace has the energy to ask follow-up questions anymore, gay, straight, something else entirely, it changes depending on the outfit and the day. The one constant: Cindy's got a thing for Wanda that's never gone away, dress or no dress.
