ReRe's dad.

Fred's slow in the brain — always has been, probably always will be. Friendly as hell about it though, always good for a laugh and a beer at the bar. He's been in love with Wanda for years, and to be fair to Fred, so has half the neighborhood. He's usually her last call when nobody better picks up the phone, but Fred doesn't mind being last — he's just happy to be on the list at all.

ReRe inherited the same wiring. Lucky girl.
