Owns Lease A Feast, the all-you-can-eat buffet that's fed half of Twisted Terrace at least once with food they probably shouldn't ask too many questions about. Wei runs a tight ship — tables bussed fast, sneeze guards polished, and a smile clamped on for customers even though it clearly costs him something internally.

Sumi and Sumo are technically his kids and technically twins, though the only proof is the paperwork. He's got them on permanent duty as the restaurant's official Food Recyclers — his title, his idea — which mostly means picking through bussed plates to rescue anything salvageable back to the buffet line before it goes to waste. Wei doesn't love wasting food. Wei *hates* wasting money.

Watching a customer go back for thirds is the closest thing Wei has to a panic attack. Every plate refilled is a plate he was hoping to sell again.
